Blooming gel for the “blooming” effect

How to use:

1. Remove dust from nail

2. Apply thin coat of Blooming Gel

3. DO NOT CURE. Add design 

4. Wait a few seconds for the effect to happen. Your preference! 

5. Cure 60 seconds

6. Apply top coat & cure 60 seconds
